Temp Control

One evening my daughter, Adriana (4.5), was trying to convince my husband to go swimming in the pool with her after he came home from work. He explained that when she was swimming earlier in the afternoon that it was warmer out but that it had cooled down now. She replied, "Who turned it down?"

Prayers are answered

My daughter is 20 months and we have been practicing our prayers at night, at the end she always says "Amen.”  The other night before bed my husband asked her if she wanted some ice cream and she said yes. When he handed it to her she said, "Ice Cream, Amen! Ice cream, Amen!

My honey

After my divorce I started dating this "guy." After a while I introduced him to my children. One night I said "Honey, could you get the phone?"  My 4 year old daughter said " Mom, why do you call him honey?"  Before I could respond my 6 year old son said "Because he acts like a kid and mom calls us honey!"
